Day 1. Arrival at Tbilisi (Tiflis) Airport
Arrival, welcome, and transfer to the hotel. Once the entire group arrives, a detailed briefing follows. You will receive all necessary instructions for using the motorcycle and complete information about the itinerary. After the introductory session, there will be a test drive and motorcycle handover. A mechanic will be available from the start to assist all participants, adjusting the controls, adapting the motorcycles, and resolving any technical uncertainties.
Day 2. Tbilisi – Omalo
Our guided enduro motorcycle tour heads towards Omalo, passing through the green meadows of the Caucasus and the crystal-clear Sioni Lake in the Alazani Valley. For millennia, this fertile region has been producing wine exported worldwide. We then ride on Georgia’s highest and narrowest gravel road, winding through beautiful, untouched Caucasus mountain landscapes, to the Abano Pass at an impressive 2,926 meters above sea level. The route is very winding with numerous ascents and descents and refreshing water crossings. At the end of this adventurous enduro trail through the so-called roller coaster of Tusheti, we reach the day’s highlight, the traditional village of Omalo. It is famous for its distinctive and well-preserved 12th-century watchtowers guarding the heart of the Caucasus.
Day 3. Omalo Tour
Enduro tour through the heart of the Caucasus: You ride your motorcycle up to 3,200 meters to experience the heavenly silence of the majestic Caucasus. We visit the remotest villages in the area, providing a glimpse into the past and allowing us to momentarily leave behind the hustle of life. Experience the sincere hospitality of the locals, who live in the simplest conditions yet radiate a contentment and tranquility rarely found in our modern, fast-paced world.
Day 4. Omalo – Sighnaghi
Enduro tour to Sighnaghi: Discover the world’s oldest wine region on your enduro motorcycle. The picturesque town of Sighnaghi, reminiscent of idyllic Tuscan villages, is secluded on a hill overlooking the Alazani Valley with a fascinating view of the Caucasus mountain range. End the day at sunset with a glass of wine on the balcony of your hotel in Sighnaghi, and all the day’s hardships will be forgotten!
Day 5. Sighnaghi – Rustavi
Enduro tour to Rustavi: Today, an unforgettable 138 km ride through the steppe awaits you, resembling a bizarre lunar landscape with its barren desert character. The route leads to a forgotten rock monastery, a secluded relic from the past adorned with beautiful Byzantine-era frescoes. The monastery is an absolute insider tip and is only visited by a few, locally known off-road tours, avoiding mass tourism. In the afternoon, we visit the famous Davit Garedja Monastery, dating back to the 6th century and associated with the origins of Christianity in Georgia, holding a particularly high significance in religious and spiritual terms.
Day 6. Rustavi – Mtskheta – Tbilisi
Enduro tour to Mtskheta: Today’s program includes approximately 140 km of off-road-rich terrain across the Trialeti mountain range. The route consists of steep, rocky ascents and descents, river crossings, and single tracks through the forest. As a reward for the hardships, a hearty lunch will be served at the end of the day in the ancient city of Mtskheta. In the late afternoon, we visit a world-famous UNESCO heritage site, the medieval Svetitskhoveli Cathedral.
